The conference will take place from the 19th to the 23rd of September 2022 and in person.
- Deadline (talk submission): 31st of July, 2022 – Talk submissions are closed.
- Deadline (w/o talk): 20th of August, 2022
The invoices for the conference fee of EUR 250 will be sent out after the registration. The fee includes the conference dinner on Wednesday.
call for submissions
We invite participants to submit an extended abstract for a talk or a poster. We particularly encourage people of underrepresented groups to submit their work.
TALK SELECTION
The submitted talks will be selected by a public polling. Once all talk submissions have been received on the 31st of July, a survey will be sent out to all participants, in which they can vote in favour of talks they would like to listen to. Based on these votes, and keeping a balance on the variety of theoretical and experimental topics, the talks will then be selected. The participants whose talks have been accepted will be informed by the 31st of August, 2022.
Poster session
Most topical posters will be accepted, primary constraint is available space. Late submissions will be considered at the discretion of the organizers.
